By creating an account or using GooBinary you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for making sure that online trading is legal where you live. Do not use GooBinary if it is not.

Your account

Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may ask you to verify your identity (KYC) before withdrawals, and we may limit or close accounts that give false information.

Trading

GooBinary offers digit contracts on Volatility indices. Prices and results are simulated market data. Contracts are settled automatically and results are final. Demo accounts use virtual funds only and have no cash value.

Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits are credited after payment is confirmed. Withdrawals are paid to the account you verify, after any required checks. Fees and processing times are shown in the app before you confirm.

Prohibited use

No fraud, multiple accounts to abuse offers, money laundering, automated abuse of the platform, or attempts to interfere with the service.

Trading carries a high level of risk and you can lose your entire stake. See our Risk Warning.
